To develop our residential real estate activity (transaction), we are strengthening our team and recruiting a confirmed consultant.

You will join our teams, all located at the company’s headquarters, in the 8th district of Paris.

Your main missions:

You will be in charge of the marketing of cut-out buildings, entrusted by institutional, real estate, or family offices and will develop your own turnover (Paris sector and inner ring):

• Targeted telephone, email and field prospecting in order to develop our portfolio of goods for sale and qualified buyers.
• Mandate entry, property appraisals.
• Support owners in the strategy to be adopted for the marketing of their building (empty or occupied building, sale in block or in lots, etc.)
• Organization and carrying out of visits.
• Conducting negotiations and monitoring files until the signing of the deed.
• Reinforcement of internal synergies between departments (residential real estate, trade, offices, investment, rental management): teamwork, business contribution.

Your profile :

You are imperatively experienced in residential real estate (minimum 5 years excluding work-study) and demonstrate:

Very good knowledge of the Paris real estate market
Knowledge of the cutting sales process:

• with proven business talent and negotiation skills that allow you to achieve your sales goals
• good communication skills: relational and editorial
• of a good command of the IT tool: office pack, emails, internet, professional software
• of a passion for real estate & a great curiosity for your market
• with a recognized team spirit: you enjoy sharing, working and winning as a team
