Attentive to customer relations and operational excellence, you will be in charge of the operational management of a business center.
Your main tasks will be:
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and exceptional service
- Front office mission
- Back office management: customer invoicing and collection, processing of the customer satisfaction index, renewal and administration of customer contracts, inventories, reporting, etc. ..
- Quality control of the center and compliance with standards
- Coordination of the reception team
- Identification of business development opportunities and sale of services
- Planning and animation of regular events
- Community interaction facilitator
At BAC + 2 level minimum, you are autonomous, organized and have a sense of service.
You must have a conversational level in English.
You have a first significant experience in customer contact and, ideally, you have held the position of hospitality reception manager
