Charlotte Journo-Baur founder at Wishibam answers questions from Janicka Bassis founder and president of WWIRE.
Wishibam was born out of the desire to help store and online sellers convert customer visits, and to support customers throughout their purchasing journey, also online or in store. This resulted in a double solution. First, an online chat linked to a CRM. This, the company’s BtoC activity, allows, depending on the customer’s purchasing journey and his browsing history, to offer him personalized products at an instant T. It allows Wishibam to generate revenue to invest in the development of its technology. It is then offered to white label retailers to help them personalize the shopping experience of their own customers.
