We take into account as a whole both the Individual (professional skills and personality) and the Company & its culture. We support Directors and Human Resources Departments in decision-making in 4 areas:

RHUMANIST CONSULTING meets the research needs of Senior Managers and their Commercial, Marketing, Industrial, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, HR or Finance teams by direct approach and uses evaluation methods such as Profiling and an innovative Profiler tool. We take the time to assess the client’s need and the candidate’s personality to offer solid recruitments.

RHUMANIST CONSULTING offers Prevention courses, workshops for teams (mindfulness meditation, yoga, nutrition, osteopathy …).

Decisive issues, support for change, new success strategy, RHUMANIST CONSULTING offers Coaching and Co-development sessions as well as Management Training (RHUMANIST Manager Course), leadership, personal development and Human Resources.

Graduated from ESSEC (I09), Anne worked as HRD in SMEs with international environment for more than 15 years in various sectors: Industrial, Health , Consulting, Services and Consumer Goods (Arseus Dental, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Maclaren, Aker Solutions…)

Executive Coach certified at HEC (CESA II), Anne followed the MBSR protocol (Mindfulness meditation based on stress reduction) and regularly practices meditation, is certified in foot reflexology and in ReiKi since ten years. These methods developed his intuition, improved his performance, helped him manage his emotions and stress in demanding and multicultural environments.

Passionate about Consciousness and Behavioral Sciences research, Anne was certified by Dr. Paul Ekman’s method of assessing truth and credibility.

since January 2017 supports Managers or Human Resources Departments in their decision-making in Recruitment and HR Management thus creating a real bond of trust.
